Shipping Policy
Everything here is made by robots and shipped by humans (the boring but necessary part). This page explains how and when your order gets to you. If anything is unclear, contact us before you panic.
Because every IS THIS REAL? design is a 24-hour drop, your shirt does not sit on a shelf somewhere. It is printed to order after the drop closes. That means a little more patience than a warehouse webshop, and a lot less waste. Here is exactly what to expect.
1. Order processing and production time
Our products are made on demand by our print partner (Printify). Nothing is pre-stocked.
- Orders are batched and sent to production after a drop closes at midnight.
- Production (printing, quality check, packing) typically takes 2 to 7 business days.
- Processing excludes weekends and Belgian public holidays.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the print facility. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time (see below).
2. Where we ship
We ship to Belgium and the rest of the European Union as standard. We can also ship to selected countries outside the EU. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
We do not deliver to PO boxes for all carriers; please use a street address where possible.
3. Shipping options and delivery times
Estimated shipping times below are added on top of the production time in section 1. They are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.

The exact cost and the available delivery method(s) are always shown at checkout before you confirm and pay, so there are never surprise charges at the end.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. All product prices shown on the site include VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are added separately and are always displayed before you complete your order.
5. Customs, duties and taxes
- EU orders: no extra customs charges. The price you pay at checkout, including VAT and shipping, is the final price.
- Orders outside the EU: your order may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs fees on arrival. These are set by your country’s customs authority, are not included in our prices, and are your responsibility as the recipient. We cannot predict or control these amounts.
6. Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show movement after the label is created, so do not worry if it looks quiet at first.

7. Lost, delayed or damaged orders
Stuff occasionally goes sideways in transit. Here is how we handle it.
- Damaged or defective on arrival: contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
- Lost in transit: until your order is physically delivered to you, the risk is ours. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will resend it or refund you. Please allow the full estimated delivery window plus a few extra days before reporting a parcel as lost, since carriers sometimes run late.
- Delays: during peak periods, strikes, weather or other events outside our control, delivery can take longer than estimated. We will keep you informed if we are aware of a significant delay.
8. Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs for reshipment may apply. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us as fast as possible at info@isthisreal.be and we will try to correct it before the order goes to production.
9. Returns, exchanges and cancellations
As a consumer in the EU you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days for most online purchases, separate from this shipping policy. The fact that a design is a limited 24-hour drop does not remove that right.
